Science vs Arts Group – Key Differences & Tips for 9th Class
Science Group (Pre-Medical / Pre-Engineering / Computer Science):
- Core subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Computer Science, Mathematics
- Focus on numericals, diagrams, experiments, formulas
- Practicals are very important – prepare lab work early
- Tip: Practice Physics (May 7) & Chemistry (April 24) calculations and diagrams daily
Arts/General Group (Humanities / Commerce-related):
- Core subjects: English, Urdu, Islamiat, Pakistan Studies, optional like Economics, Civics, History, Geography, Clothing & Textiles, Food & Nutrition
- Focus on theory, essays, short answers, maps, definitions
- Tip: Memorize key facts, dates, maps (e.g., Pakistan Studies April 27, Geography April 27)
