The Federal Board (FBISE) has released official model question papers for SSC-II (Class 10) 2026 exams under the New National Curriculum 2022-23. These cover all compulsory and elective subjects, including Pakistan Studies and Islamiyat.
These model papers are essential for understanding the latest exam pattern: objective MCQs, short answers, and long/detailed questions based on Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs).
General Pattern Across All Subjects:
- Section A: MCQs (10–15 marks, 20 minutes) – quick objective testing.
- Section B: Short answers (24–36 marks) – explanations, calculations, diagrams.
- Section C: Long questions (16–24 marks) – in-depth analysis, graphs, proofs.
- Total marks: 40–75 per subject (theory portion).

MCQs on culture, constitution, international relations. Short/Long: Explanations, comparisons, evaluations (e.g., SAARC role, 1973 Constitution features, media laws). - Islamiyat (Compulsory)
MCQs on pillars, Prophet’s life, Quranic references. Short/Long: Verse/Hadith meanings, explanations, Islamic history analysis.
